SHOWROOM SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION
The Responsibilities
A Sales Associate works to achieve the store sales goals and develop lasting relationships with
clients. Through effective clienteling, a Sales Associate works to create a superior Showroom experience
for our clients that results in an increase in sales. Sales Associates are also responsible for complying
with policy, procedure, and company initiatives.
- Meet personal and store sales goals
- Meet personal and store KPI goals
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to support brand goals
- Develop sales techniques that are relevant to the market
- Establish and maintain client-base
- Leverage company tools, incentives and strategies to support meeting sales goals
- Greet every customer that comes in and create an inviting atmosphere
- Ensure effective communication between managers and other team members
- Support team members by engaging and motivating one another
- Contribute new and innovative ideas to increase brand knowledge, awareness and business
goals
- Resolves clients needs quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
- Participates in all training and development meetings
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are to company standard
- Ensure all functions of the Showroom are maintained to support a superior shopping-experience
- Uphold store standards, policy and procedure daily
- Assist in the maintenance of the Showroom including stock, shipping and receiving protocols
- Identify product concerns and communicate them effectively to Showroom Manager in order to
support the needs of the business
- Comply with all point of sale register policies and procedures
- Ensure the highest level of customer service to each and every customer in the store
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with all team members to support a best-in-class shopping experience
- Be present on and off the sales floor
- Open availability to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs, while utilizing the
appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Full Time employees are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
